Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, joined other distinguished Heads of States / Governments from Cambodia-Lao PDR-Myanmar and Viet Nam (CLMV) in the 11th CLMV Summit, which took place in Kunming, China, today. The Summit, themed “Friendship and Solidarity for a Resilient and Prosperous Community,” aims to enhance cooperation and foster sustainable development among the CLMV countries.
The Secretary-General of ASEAN engaged in strategic discussions regarding the future direction of CLMV cooperation. A key outcome from this significant gathering is the adoption of a Joint Statement, underscoring the shared commitment to strengthening ties and promoting regional prosperity.
